Policies

Orders:
All orders are subject to product availability. We make every attempt to keep our online catalog as current as possible, but some items may become discontinued from the manufacturer and therefore not shippable. 

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day of your submission. If you wish to make changes to your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Closeout items:
Closeout and discontinued items are first come first serve and limited to stock on hand. There are no refunds or exchanges on closeout items so be sure to verify it is the item you want before ordering.

Pricing:
Our website reflects the most current pricing available in our database. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change prices, without notice, caused by increased sourcing costs or mismarked items. We are not obligated to sell an item at incorrectly marked prices. Discounts and special offers cannot be combined. 
 
Orders shipped to AZ are charged the appropriate sales tax. Prices are in U.S. Dollars

Payment:
We accept Visa, Master Card and Money Orders. Sorry, no COD or Personal Checks. 
All payment information is captured securely through the industry standard SSL. We charge your card at the time of the order being processed. All items, even those we do not have in stock are charged for in advance. We do not hold backorders without payment

Shipping:
In stock items are typically shipped the same day as the order is processed. Items that are not in stock will usually ship 2-7 business days from time of order processing. This varies depending on the product and distributors warehouse locations. Backordered items are shipped immediately after they become available unless the order is cancelled by the customer. We make every effort to ship your order in the shortest amount of time possible, but can not be held responsible for problems arising from delayed delivery. Orders shipped to Alaska & Hawaii are subject to additional freight & handling charges. Chemicals can only be shipped UPS ground. Air service is not available. Orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses will be shipped via USPS Priority mail only. We ship worldwide! Worldwide shipments do not qualify for the free & flat rate shipping offer and may incur additional freight & handling charges.
 
Westcoastquads.com policy is to only ship orders paid by credit card to an address that is on file with your credit card issuer.It must be verified with our payment processor. We cannot process an order with a ship to address that cannot be verified with the card issuer. This protects both parties from fraud. Westcoastquads.com may waive this policy at our discretion.

Free Shipping Policy:  
Free shipping for orders over $100 excludes items considered oversized, chemicals and Tires. We will notify you before processing or shipping the order if a shipping charge adjustment needs to be made.

Items purchased on the Westcoastquads.com site are subject to freight charges.
Orders shipped to Hawaii & Alaska are subject to freight charges. 
Orders requested to be shipped via other methods than UPS ground do not qualify for free shipping. 
 
In the case of an order including both a flat fee item such as a tire and other products, the shipping cost for the other products will be based on their value and charged. The flat charge for the tire will then be added to the shipping total.

Oversize items:
Extremely large, bulky or heavy items such as windshields, fairings, ATV fenders, winches, etc... will be charged the appropriate amount based off current UPS rates. This price is determined by the size and weight of the item.  
If the item is combined on an order with other items, the set shipping price will be added to the shipping price based off the value of the rest of the order. (See example above)

Returns:
We want you to be happy with your purchase. We will make every reasonable effort to correct any problems with your order. If you have an item you wish to return for any reason, you must contact us first! 
 
If the item meets the return criteria, we will issue you a Return Authorization number. (RA#) This number must be written on the outside of the shipping container on all returns. Do not write on the packaging of the item. 
You can return an item for a refund or exchange for any reason if it meets the following criteria: 

  1. The item is received back at our return address within 14 days of your receiving it with the RA# on the shipping container. 
  2. The item is in the original packaging and is in undamaged, re-sellable condition. 
  3. The item was not on closeout or was not discontinued. 
  4. It is not an electrical item. 
  5. The item was not used or damaged by the customer. 
  6. The item was not a special order. 

Non-Defective Returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. 
 
If an item does not fit, we will gladly exchange it for the correct size. If you wish to return for a refund, a 20% re-stocking fee may apply. You are responsible for return freight charges on non-defective items. 
 
Order errors, Defects or Damaged items:
 

If you receive an item that is not what you ordered, damaged or defective you must contact us immediately upon receiving the product. Returns must be received by us within 14 days of your receipt of the item to be eligible for a refund. 
 
If there is an error on Westcoastquads.com's part or if you received defective merchandise, we will issue a UPS pre paid return label. The shipping cost to return the merchandise will be your responsibility for any other reasons such as fitment issues. 
 
We will gladly pass along any manufacturers warranty against defective materials or workmanship. We will have your item repaired or replaced per the manufacturers warranty. Return freight charges for warranty are the customers responsibility. We must receive the item at our returns address at least 5 days prior to the expiration of the warranty period. The warranty period starts from the date of your order. 
 
If an item is damaged in shipping to the customer, we will issue a call tag to have the item returned and will ship a replacement product as soon as possible. Do not accept delivery for a clearly damaged package. 
 
Some warranties are handled direct with the manufacturer. We will provide you with all the necessary information to handle your claim if this is the case.

Special Orders:
Special order items that have already been processed are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Anything we do not normally carry in stock is considered a special order item.

Refunds:
Returned items will be refunded via the same method they were purchased on originally. If the method is no longer available, such as a cancelled credit card, the refund will be made via company check to the purchasers name and mailed to the shipping address on the order. 
 
Freight charges are not refundable unless the order has not yet been processed.
